Stonameter Privacy Policy1. Information You ProvideWe may collect information you provide directly, such as your username, email address, profile photo, bio, ratings, reviews, lists, likes, follows, comments, reports, images you upload, and account and authentication identifiers. Authentication credentials are processed through Firebase Authentication and applicable sign-in providers. Stonameter does not store your raw account password in Firestore or our app database.2. Information Collected AutomaticallyWe may collect basic technical information, such as device type, app version, crash logs, performance data, approximate region, usage activity, and interactions with app features. This helps us debug, protect, and improve Stonameter.3. How We Use InformationWe use information to create and manage accounts, show profiles and content, personalize discovery, operate ratings and lists, maintain safety tools, respond to reports, improve app performance, prevent abuse, and communicate important updates.4. Public Profiles and Future Privacy ControlsProfile information and content you choose to post may be visible to other users. Stonameter does not currently guarantee private profiles. We may add private-profile or audience-control features in the future, and any such controls will be described in the app when available. Even when privacy controls are offered, no online system can guarantee absolute privacy, so be thoughtful about what you post.5. Aggregated Insights, Advertising, and Information SharingStonameter may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, product development, advertising, partnerships, and commercial insights. We may also use information about activity in the app to personalize recommendations and measure how features perform. We do not sell account passwords, authentication credentials, direct account identifiers, precise location, private communications, or individual cannabis-use histories. We may share information with service providers that help operate Stonameter, when required by law, to protect users or the app, during a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, or at your direction or with your consent. If Stonameter later sells or shares personal information, uses it for targeted advertising, or engages in profiling in a way covered by applicable law, we will provide required notice, consent choices, and opt-out rights.6. Service Providers and Platform PartnersStonameter currently uses Apple services, including Sign in with Apple and App Store infrastructure; Google services, including Google Sign-In; and Google Firebase services for authentication, databases, file storage, app infrastructure, and related backend functions. These providers may process technical, account, device, usage, and content information as needed to provide their services. Stonameter may add or replace service providers over time for analytics, crash reporting, messaging, payments, advertising, customer support, security, hosting, and other operational needs.7. Data RetentionWe keep information for as long as needed to provide Stonameter, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms. Deleted content may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.8. Account DeletionYou can request account deletion through the app. We will delete or anonymize account data where possible, including profile information, handle claims, lists, follows, likes, reviews, and uploaded account files. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, safety records, or legal records when needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with law, or protect the service.9. SecurityWe use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. You should use a strong password and keep your login information private.10. Children and MinorsStonameter is not intended for children or minors. Users must be at least 21. If we learn that we collected personal information from someone who is not allowed to use the app, we may delete the account and related information.11. Your Choices and Privacy RightsYou can choose what to post, unfollow users, unlike content, edit or delete reviews where supported, and request account deletion in Settings. Privacy controls may expand over time. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Stonameter will provide instructions for exercising applicable rights in the app or through our contact address before using personal information in any way that requires those choices.12. Stonameter Terms of Service1. What Stonameter IsStonameter is a social app for rating and discovering experiences, including food, movies, TV shows, games, music, activities, events, and custom experiences. Stonameter is not a cannabis marketplace, dispensary, delivery service, medical service, or cannabis product review platform.2. EligibilityStonameter is intended for adults 21 and older. By using Stonameter, you confirm that you are at least 21, that you are allowed to use the app under the laws that apply where you live, and that you will follow all local laws and regulations.3. Responsible UseDo not use Stonameter to encourage unsafe, illegal, or harmful behavior. Do not drive, operate machinery, or put yourself or others at risk while impaired. Stonameter is for sharing opinions about experiences, not for giving legal, medical, or safety advice.4. User ContentYou are responsible for the reviews, ratings, lists, profile information, images, comments, experience entries, and other content you post. Do not post content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, misleading, spammy, or that violates someone else’s rights. Do not post content that facilitates cannabis sales, sourcing, delivery, trades, prices, promotional offers, or access to controlled substances. Only upload images or other materials that you own, created yourself, have permission to use, or are otherwise allowed to use by law.5. Intellectual Property and Takedown RequestsStonameter may include user-submitted references to third-party names, brands, businesses, venues, titles, products, events, teams, artists, and other real-world subjects because users are discussing or cataloging experiences. Those references do not mean Stonameter is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by those third parties.Users may not upload official logos, posters, packaging, album art, stylized title treatments, or other protected materials in a way that makes an entry appear official or authorized.If you believe content on Stonameter infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights, contact Stonameter at [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the material and review the request. We may remove or disable access to challenged content while we investigate.6. Content RightsYou keep ownership of content you create and post to Stonameter. By posting content, you give Stonameter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, format, moderate, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, protect, promote, and improve the app. You also confirm that you have the rights needed to post the content and grant this permission.7. Repeat Infringer PolicyStonameter may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly post infringing content or repeatedly violate the rights of others. We may also remove content, disable access to content, or limit upload features when needed to address copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, safety, or other legal concerns.8. ModerationWe may hide or remove content, restrict features, disable accounts, preserve records for safety review, or take other action if we believe someone is violating these terms, harming the community, abusing the app, or creating legal or safety risk. Reports may be reviewed by the Stonameter team.9. AccountsYou are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you believe your account was accessed without permission, update your login information and contact support. You may edit profile information and request account deletion through the app.10. Lists, Ratings, and DiscoveryRatings and lists reflect personal opinions. Stonameter does not guarantee that an experience will be safe, legal, available, accurate, enjoyable, or appropriate for every user.11. No Cannabis SalesStonameter does not sell, deliver, advertise, promote the sale of, arrange access to, or help users source cannabis, cannabis products, controlled substances, tobacco, vape products, or alcohol. Users may not use Stonameter to buy, sell, trade, distribute, request, price, advertise, promote, or arrange any regulated or illegal product.12. App ChangesStonameter may change, pause, remove, or update features over time. We may also update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.13. DisclaimerStonameter is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or always available. Use the app at your own discretion.14. Personal Responsibility and LiabilityYou are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, conduct, and safety on and off the app. Stonameter does not control, supervise, or direct what users do in real life, and nothing in the app should be treated as instructions, professional advice, or a guarantee that any activity is safe.To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stonameter and its team are not liable for injuries, property damage, losses, claims, or other harm resulting from what you or anyone else chooses to do, including cooking while impaired, driving, operating tools or machinery, attending events, consuming substances, or otherwise putting yourself, other people, animals, or property at risk.15. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent allowed by law, Stonameter and its team are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the app.Last Updated: June 2026

Before You PostRate the experience, treat people with respect, and do not use Stonameter for illegal transactions, abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized content.Keep It HumanDo not post threats, harassment, hate, bullying, sexual exploitation, targeted abuse, or content meant to shame or intimidate another person.No Impersonation or Privacy ViolationsDo not impersonate another person or organization, falsely claim affiliation, expose private personal information, threaten to reveal private information, or post content intended to identify, locate, or endanger someone without permission.No Spam, Scams, or ManipulationDo not post scams, deceptive promotions, repetitive spam, fake engagement, coordinated rating manipulation, fraudulent reviews, malicious links, or content intended to mislead users for money, attention, or influence.No Sourcing or SalesDo not use Stonameter to buy, sell, trade, source, deliver, advertise, promote, or arrange cannabis, controlled substances, tobacco, vape products, alcohol, or anything illegal.No Unsafe EncouragementDo not encourage impaired driving, reckless behavior, unsafe consumption, dangerous dares, illegal activity, or anything likely to get someone hurt.No Graphic or Exploitative ContentDo not post graphic violence, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors.No Self-Harm EncouragementDo not encourage, glorify, instruct, or pressure others to engage in self-harm, suicide, disordered eating, or other dangerous behavior. Content expressing personal distress may be removed or limited when necessary to protect users.Respect RightsUse real names when needed for discovery, but do not upload logos, posters, packaging, album art, official images, or other protected materials unless you own them, created them, have permission to use them, or they are provided through an authorized or licensed source.Community Entries Are UnofficialUser-created experiences are community entries. They are not official, sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or approved by the brands, venues, artists, teams, publishers, studios, or rights holders they mention.Report ProblemsUse the report tools when content appears illegal, abusive, unsafe, infringing, spammy, misleading, or otherwise violates these Guidelines. Stonameter may hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users when needed.Do Not Evade EnforcementDo not create new accounts, coordinate with others, or use technical workarounds to evade a suspension, ban, content restriction, or other enforcement action.Age and Legal EligibilityStonameter is for adults 21 and older.
